A fully professional service incorporating group fitness sessions and personal training; at work, home or outside spaces. Especially great for those returning to fitness or wanting to maintain and up their game.

As a British Cycling certified mountain bike leader Jim also offers a range of guided mountain bike rides suitable for most abilities.

Services available also include Martial Arts / Combat / Self-Defence -ask for more details.

  • All equipment is sanitized before and after each session
  • For outside sessions, participants will need to bring their own water bottles and hand sanitizers, as well as ensuring that they follow the 2m social distancing when using the exercise stations in session.
