Jim’s fitness review 

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jim towards multiple goals in a single season. Jim’s experience and motivational concepts are second none, he was able to train me professionally as part of the worlds fastest f1 pit crew and personally towards a PB at Ironman Copenhagen simultaneously, there are not many coach’s who can do that. 

Jim’s fitness gave us the physical strength and mental endurance to break world records in pit stops time and time again, in all weathers in all conditions we were the fastest. Jims strength and conditioning for ultra endurance is training methods took me to a new level, I would not have been able to prepare my body and mind for what was going to happen in depths of an Ironman race without his 1 on 1 coaching. I cannot recommend his training enough. 

If you want to work hard at your fitness goals, whatever they maybe, then Jim will match the effort with progress. 

There is no one who can push me as hard Jim can, and still find performance and gains that I thought were beyond me. What ever your targets. Look no further than Jim’s fitness.
