When working with clients I like to encourage this idea into training, as there is no excuse not to try, no excuse not to push yourself and no excuse not to give it your all every time.
Training has been my personal passion for as long as I can remember starting with BMX, cycling, weights and martial arts. Always up for an adventure and learning something new; I have completed competitive and endurance bike rides, triathlons and achieved awards at martial arts British championships.
Not much feels better than helping a client reach a goal or feedback that my passion has spread.
