Online Group Sessions

Training is now online- What’s your excuse?

Every cloud… Going online with training sessions means they are now even more accessible. Able to fit into a working day, around other commitments and within the comfort of your own space whether it be inside your home, in a outdoor space or even in the confines of your converted garage- what excuse do you have not to train?

As per all of my other sessions, variety is key. The online sessions mainly consist of calisthenics exercises, a full body work-out utilising your own body weight. These exercises will interchange between different levels of intensity and rhythm to allow the development of coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance. It is a great opportunity for you to train with others when the motivation to train alone gets harder to muster.

We use every day objects such as; broom handles, footballs and water bottles within the sessions (Notification in advance will be given of what is required for the session).

Please Note: I request for cameras to be on and you be in full view for the session. It is important for me to ensure you make the most of the session which includes instructions for corrections and adjustment when necessary.

All you will need is:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A device with a camera, speaker and mic
  • Enough space to move safely

Online sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
