As a personal trainer, I thrive on supporting clients to reach their goals.
Every session is different and catered to your own individual abilities and aimed towards your desired outcomes. All fitness levels are welcome with all able to benefit from improved fitness levels, building-up your strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and more.
As training sessions are now available online I am also able to adapt sessions to include any equipment you may have or can complete entire body-weight based sessions.
I had the pleasure to work with Jim for a few months and all I can say is that is the best personal trainer and one of the greatest person I have ever met!! He is very professional, skilled, encouraging and willing to help you in every way. He knows how far to push you (mentally and physically) and knows how to deal with different sensitivities.

Each workout is different (NEVER boring) and although I thought to die most of the time, I did it and I had fun too! He always checks on you!
I am definitely not a fitness person but working out with Jim made me feel great, sore but great!!

I’ve trained with a lot of PT’s but Jim Is probably the best. He somehow always seemed to find my limit as well throwing in a lot of variation. Definitely lost more fat and gained more muscle training with Jim than other PT’s.
