Self-defence classes, structured to build your confidence and skills. Promoting your sense of self-reliance in uncomfortable situations; as you learn skills, practice techniques, improve your co-ordination, balance, agility and cardio.
Combat classes are available, promoting fitness whilst developing good physical, combat techniques. Using shields and focus mits, be prepared to get physical.
Attended some eye opening self defence classes, really learnt a lot from Jim and had a lot of fun.
